The ELBHO Foundation is a non-profit foundation that conducts company visits (audits) and manages the ELBHO® Company Register, online platforms and the access portal for educational institutions.
To compensate for the costs, the ELBHO Foundation charges an administrative fee for the accreditation process to companies and institutions that wish to be included in the ELBHO® Company Registry as an Accredited Internship Company for Higher Education.
Below you will find the regular rates of the accreditation procedure for (commercial) companies. We use reduced rates for organizations with a ‘public benefit institution’-status.
The rates below are valid until December 31, 2023.

All our rates are exempt from taxes (free of VAT). A payment term of 14 days applies to our invoices. An accreditation is issued for a period of three years (an accreditation as a prospective internship company is valid for 1 year). After that, the company must be validated and accredited again. The accreditation visit (audit) will then take place again.
- The one-off accreditation procedure consists of a telephone intake, a preliminary investigation and a company visit (the audit).
- The costs for inclusion in the ELBHO Company Registry (or changing accreditation status) will be invoiced in advance. After the payment has been received by the ELBHO Foundation, the status is added to the registry.
